This was a small commission project for a spring tour. The only specification was that this poster be somewhat “cartoony” and utilize an original illustration.

The name of the tour is “March Radness”, which I immediately associated with the “March Hare”, and lined up well with my current interest in rabbit imagery.

Everything spawned out of my immediate desire to illustrate a jackalope doing a kickflip and smoking a cigarette.
